We are a Tunisian sticker brand specializing in unique, creative sticker designs for personal expression.

2. Product Description

We offer:

  • Pre-designed stickers available for immediate order through our website
  • Custom/personalized stickers (contact us via Instagram or Facebook for custom orders)
  • All stickers are sold individually at 0.90 TND each
  • Minimum order quantity: 20 stickers

3. Ordering Process

Orders are placed through our website by adding stickers to your cart and completing the checkout form with your delivery information. Once submitted, we will contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before processing.

4. Pricing

Our transparent pricing structure:

  • Sticker price: 0.90 TND per sticker
  • Delivery fee: 7.00 TND (standard delivery within Tunisia)
  • Total calculation: (Number of stickers × 0.90 TND) + 7.00 TND delivery

5. Payment Method: Cash on Delivery (COD)

Important payment terms:

  • We only accept Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Payment is made to the delivery person when you receive your order
  • You must have the exact amount or be prepared to receive change
  • No online payment is required or accepted at this time

6. Delivery

Delivery information:

  • We deliver to select locations across Tunisia
  • Delivery zones and availability are shown during checkout
  • Standard delivery fee: 7.00 TND
  • Estimated delivery time: provided during order confirmation (usually within 2-5 business days)
  • We will contact you to coordinate delivery details

7. Refusal and Cancellation Policy

To ensure fair service for all customers:

  • If you refuse delivery without valid reason, you may be blocked from placing future orders
  • Providing false information (name, phone, address) is prohibited and may result in being blocked
  • If you need to cancel, contact us immediately via Instagram or phone
  • Repeated cancellations or refusals may result in your account being blocked from our system

8. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our COD business model, we do not accept returns after delivery.
